Refunds, renewals and cancellations

Plans are monthly. Every purchase is final — non-refundable and non-cancelable, so start on Free and upgrade when Wass earns it.

There is no auto-renewal trap: when your month ends you simply pay again if you want to continue.

Wrong-plan purchases (e.g. paid Pro but wanted Family) are handled case-by-case — contact support with your TrxID.
